Patrick has more than 15 years of experience providing financial and litigation consulting services, with a focus on complex, data driven disputes. His work supports high‑exposure matters by translating large, multi‑year datasets into defensible analyses that inform damages assessment, mediation strategy, and case outcomes. He specializes in SQL based analysis of large relational datasets, rule based testing, and population wide exposure modeling across multi year, multi system data environments.
Patrick has significant experience developing damages, mediation, and scenario models used by counsel to evaluate risk, test assumptions and assess potential outcomes in class action and complex matters. He works closely with outside counsel to ensure analytical approaches are transparent, reproducible, and aligned with litigation strategy, and he is experienced in clearly presenting complex financial analyses, exposure scenarios, and key drivers to mediators, counsel, and other stakeholders.
In addition to his litigation consulting work, Patrick has more than 10 years of experience working with multiple asbestos trusts, where he supports core trust operations including claims processing reviews, payment percentage reviews, and annual budgeting. His work contributes to consistent trust administration and helps ensure that analytical and financial decisions are supported by reliable data and sound modeling.
