Megan provides litigation support for the intellectual property team involved in patent infringement cases by researching pertinent case law with consideration of developing precedents. Her research expands beyond legal analysis through documenting numerous factors in the pharmaceutical industry with a special focus on biologics and generic pharmaceutical drugs. Outside of the intellectual property team, she further assists with analyses and documentation in business litigation disputes, forensic accounting, and trust services.
