Gleason provides expert valuation services to the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh

The Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh is nearing the end of its “Museumlab” expansion into a former North Side library.   The Museumlab, which will also share space with a charter school, will feature three exhibits: MakeLab, TechLab, and StudioLab.  Gleason Experts provided valuation services to the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh in connection with New Markets Tax Credit financing related to the expansion.
