Morgan joined Gleason in 2013 as an intern and has nearly 10 years of experience in the accounting and consulting services field. During her time at Gleason, Morgan has assisted with all strategic practice areas of the firm, with a focus in Litigation, Business Valuation, Financial Reorganization, and Forensic Accounting.
Morgan provides an array of specialized accounting and consulting services, often assisting with projects from start to finish. She has experience working directly with clients and their counsel to assist with a wide variety of complex financial issues.
Morgan’s primary responsibilities include analysis and critique of complex damages claims, preparing and evaluating financial models, reviewing documents, and identifying key elements related to damages, researching technical issues, analyzing and reviewing accounting transactions, and preparing detailed reports and other deliverables in support of claims and analyses. Morgan has experience conducting economic and industry research, understanding the competitive factors affecting a business, analyzing historical company performance, and assisting with assessment and projection of future income and cash flow models.
