Matt supports Gleason's Intellectual Property team in the analysis and quantification of financial damages in patent infringement and other intellectual property matters. He also provides assistance in litigation, forensic accounting, and trust engagements.

Prior to joining Gleason, Matt was a financial services consultant with Guidehouse, LLP. During his time with Guidehouse, Matt served several federal agencies in the financial services sector, focusing primarily on programs associated with COVID PPP and EIDL loans. Matt led large teams of employees and subcontractors, reviewed accounts receivable from business partners, automated workflows for federal clients, and developed proposals for new work. Matt was a key player in managing client relationships, mentoring, and managing employees across functions.
