Jaclyn has spent more than a decade in public and corporate accounting. She joined the firm in 2014 and has led various litigation, business valuation, and forensic accounting/business reorganization engagements. As a manager leading engagements in these practice areas, Jaclyn provides accounting and consulting services to a variety of clients. Her corporate accounting experience has proved valuable to managing financial reorganization and bankruptcy-related engagements.

Jaclyn’s public accounting experience includes both “Big Four” and regional public accounting experience. Prior to joining the firm, Jaclyn was a senior manager with Goff Backa Alfera & Company, LLC, in its Audit and Accounting Practice. She was responsible for planning, executing, and reviewing various attestation engagements in a variety of industries, including both public and non-public entities. She also managed the firm’s Quality Control Monitoring and Inspection process as it pertained to all attestation engagements in the Audit and Accounting practice. Earlier in her career, she was a senior associate for Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP in the Assurance practice. Her industry experience encompasses manufacturing, retail, nonprofit, government, investment companies, construction, and service clients.

Jaclyn’s corporate accounting experience was gained at CONSOL Energy Inc., where she worked as a senior accountant in the Controller’s Department. She gained significant internal and external financial reporting experience. Jaclyn was a 2012 recipient of the PICPA Top 40 under 40 Members to Watch.
