Chelsea joined Gleason in October 2017 as a Senior Consultant. In this role, she assists with the firm’s strategic practice areas, including intellectual property, forensic accounting, valuation services, and litigation support. Since joining the firm, Chelsea has performed analyses of commercial success and nexus as part of secondary considerations of nonobviousness in patent infringement cases within the pharmaceutical industry.
Chelsea began her professional career with Ernst & Young LLP. As an assurance senior, she managed a portfolio of both private and public clients in varying industries. She was responsible for developing and implementing an audit strategy with a risk-based approach that provides assurance that the financial statements are reliable and in accordance with US GAAP, and to ensure effective internal control over 404 SOX compliant clients. Chelsea developed and sustained internal and external relationships in addition to the responsibility for the supervision and development of audit staff.
